Ingredients

  • onions - 2 bunches
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • broth - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Stew the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the flour and while stirring continuously, add the broth and milk.

Boil for 5 minutes, then add the crumbled feta cheese and mix. Season it with pepper, salt, savory.

Thicken with an egg yolk beaten with cream and sprinkle it with parsley.
