Ingredients

  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2

How to make

Fry the flour in the heated oil and gently add the warm milk while stirring. Season with salt and stir until the mixture begins to separate from the walls of the container. Remove from the heat and while stirring, add the eggs one at a time.

If you get a too thick sauce, you can add another egg. Pour this dressing over the moussaka and put it to bake in a high oven.

Once lightly browned, bake finished on a reduced oven until ready. You will get a very fluffy, plump and delicious crust.
