"For all the bold culinary experimenters out there, we chose this easy recipe for cake with feta cheese."

Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • butter - 2/3 cup soft, or use oil
  • milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • baking powder - 1 packet

How to make

Beat the butter, add the eggs one by one, then the yogurt with the baking powder pre-dissolved in it. Stir and add the milk, or yogurt, feta cheese, which you've crumbled with a fork, and finally - the flour.

Stir gently and put the mixture into a greased tray. You can grate cheese on top at the end of cooking, if you wish.

Serve the cake warm, cut into small squares.
