Ingredients

  • onions - 2 heads
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 2
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • pancakes - 8 ready - made pancakes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • thyme
  • sugar - 1 pinch

How to make

Take 1 onion head, cut it in small pieces, put half the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion. Then peel 1 tomato, cut it and add it to the onion. When they remain mostly in oil, add the minced meat. Fry the whole mixture and add the spices. The resulting filling is used to fill the pancakes.

After filling the pancakes, wrap them, arrange them in a baking dish and pour on the sauce, prepared as follows. Stew the second head of chopped onion with the remaining oil, add one peeled and chopped tomato, tomato paste, salt and sugar to taste and cloves of chopped or finely pressed garlic. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

After making the sauce, pour it over the pancakes and bake in the oven lightly for a few minutes. It will become even more delicious if you cut 2 tomatoes into thin rings, arrange them on top and then sprinkle with a little cheese.

Brown it to reddening.
