Ingredients

  • champignons - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Finely chop the boiled with a little salt mushrooms and strain them.

Fry the flour until golden and dilute it with the mushroom broth. Once it comes to a boil, add the mushrooms.

Boil for a few minutes.
