Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g) jar, pickled
  • eggs - 2
  • crab rolls - 4
  • corn - 2 tablespoons, canned, sweet
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • potatoes - 2
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • vinegar
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • parsley - 2 sprigs

How to make

Boil the eggs and cut them into quarters. Cut the onion into thin wheels, mash it lightly with salt and arrange on a plate next to the chopped eggs.

Distribute the chopped crab rolls, mushrooms, and corn next to each other, and put 2 tablespoons of potato salad (boiled potatoes + mayonnaise) in the middle.

Season the salad with spices to taste, add a little lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil and serve with chopped parsley.
