  • oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • milk - and water in equal amounts for the pancakes, i.e. 1:1
  • flour - to get a thick density
  • for the cream
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • sugar - 8 tablespoons
  • butter - 2 tablespoons, clarified
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) finely ground
  • starch - flavor of your choice
  • confectionery cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml), liquid
  • topping - the same flavor as the starch, for garnishing


Beat the eggs with the salt and add the milk, water, oil and flour. Fry the pancakes in a Teflon pan with very little oil.

From this mixture, you get about 9-10 medium sized pancakes. For the cream, boil the starch and milk, take it off the heat, add the clarified butter and mix until the cream fully absorbs it. Leave it to cool. Put the walnuts in.

Whip the confectionery cream well and add it to the cooled cream, stir gently. Once each pancake is cooled well, put a little cream and roll it, then garnish with topping.find similar recipes here
