How to make
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a large plate. Brush the bisected buns lightly with butter, arrange a slice of mozzarella on top and add tomato.
Sprinkle drops of olive oil and dried basil on top. Put fresh basil leaves on each sandwich. Arrange the sandwiches on the lettuce in a plate and serve.
