Put the quails to soak in water and vinegar, then dry them. Prepare a marinade of the vegetable broth, 1/2 cup white wine, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil, which have boiled for 10 minutes in a container on the stove.

Leave it to cool slightly and soak the quails in it for 3 hours. Grease a baking tray and put the quails in. On each buttered quail, put a few pieces of bacon. Top with the remaining wine and a bit of the marinade and sprinkle with spices to taste.

Cover the tray with foil and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven. Finally, remove the foil and bake finished to a nice tan.find similar recipes here
