"Here`s how, with our help, you can transform your plain old glazed potatoes into a real specialty, which to serve on special occasions!"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 10
  • onions - 1 head, optional
  • honey - 3 tablespoons
  • balsamic vinegar - 5 tablespoons
  • beer - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • black pepper - ground, to taste
  • nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
  • oregano - 1 - 2 tsp dry
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

How to make

Peel and clean the potatoes and cut them into coarse pieces. Salt and sprinkle them with black pepper to taste. Lay out a tray with aluminum foil, spread out the potatoes and pour olive oil over them.

Optionally, add a chopped onion head. Beat the honey, vinegar, beer, nutmeg, oregano together and rub the potatoes thoroughly with this mixture.

If you have some left over, pour it on top. Put them to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven, while pouring the sauce over them a few times. Sprinkle the cooked glazed potatoes with fresh chopped parsley.
