Ingredients

  • chicken drumsticks - 6
  • mince - 4.5 oz (125 g) pork
  • chicken gizzards - 3
  • mushrooms - 1 cup, boiled
  • carrots - 1, boiled
  • pickles - 1
  • walnuts - 4 - 5, chopped
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves crushed
  • eggs - 1, raw
  • black pepper - 1/5 tsp (1 g)
  • savory - 1/5 tsp (1 g)
  • all purpose sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - for frying
  • butter - 1/3 packet
  • white wine - 1 cup

How to make

Cut everything except the drumsticks into small pieces and mix with the minced meat and raw egg. Debone the drumsticks and fill them with stuffing.

Sew them up with thread and fry until golden. Put them in a glass cook pot, smear them with butter and bake them for about 1 hour in a moderate oven, with the wine poured over them.

For a side, use steamed potatoes and rice.
