Ingredients

  • salmon - 28 oz (800 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • paprika - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • sugar - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • oil - 1/5 cup (55 ml)
  • flour - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)

How to make

Cut the fish into pieces and put it in a oven dish. On it, arrange the tomato slices, and sprinkle parsley, breadcrumbs, paprika, sugar and salt on them.

Every piece of fish is smeared with a glaze of oil, mixed with flour and paprika. Sprinkle parsley on the dish and bake it in the oven until the fish is left to bake in just oil. Serve cooled.
