Ingredients

  • apricots - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)

How to make

Peel the apricots and cut them into halves, then add the sugar and bring everything to a boil.

Immediately pour the mixture into clean, warm jars that are sealable. Turn them cap down for about 10 - odd seconds.

Boil them at 190°F (85 °C) for about 30 minutes.
