  • colored macaroni - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • corn - 4 tablespoons
  • sausages - 9 oz (250 g)
  • pickles - 2
  • for the cream sauce
  • sour cream - 1 cup, small
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) crumbled, hard
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • white pepper


Boil the macaroni and drain them. Mix them with the corn, finely chopped sausages (vienna sausages, ham or salami) and pickles. Optionally, you can add other ingredients to your liking.

For the cream sauce, crush the cheese very finely. Beat the cream well with the mayonnaise. Then mix it with a little salt, black pepper and white pepper, and the crumbled cheese.

Mix the macaroni salad with cream sauce and serve it in a dish, decorated with a sprig of parsley.
