Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • oats – 2/5 cup (100 g), fine
  • raisins - 2/5 cup (100 g)

Preparation

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat 3 egg whites with one yolk, add the oats and stir until you get a dough-like mixture. Add raisins if desired. You can substitute them with salt or a sweetener!

Keep stirring until you get a thick dough, but if it becomes too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. In a Teflon pan, put 1-2 drops of oil, spread it out with a napkin.

Put the mixture under a lid, check it from time to time to make sure it does not burn. Flip the buns after they are baked on the bottom, leave them on a low heat and serve.find similar recipes here
