  • eggs - 15
  • milk - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • pumpkins - 10.5 oz (300 g)


Beat the eggs and milk with a mixer, add 1 cup (250 g) of sugar. Peel and boil the pumpkin, mash it and add it to the milk and eggs mixture and top with 1/2 cup (130 g) of sugar.

Prepare 2 different-sized trays; pour in the remaining sugar into the smaller one, put it on the stove and leave it until browned. Pour in the previously prepared mixture.

Pour water in the larger tray, and place the smaller one in it. Bake the crème caramel in a water bath in the oven until golden.find similar recipes here
