- cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g), low fat
- eggs - 2 hard - boiled
- pickles - 2
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- tartar sauce - 4/5 cup (200 ml), ready - made

Grate the eggs and pickles coarsely into a bowl. Add the olive oil and cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and if need be, season with salt, ground black pepper and 2 chopped garlic cloves.
Serve the salad in a plate, covered with sauce.
