Ingredients

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • chutney - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sheep cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spearmint - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • pitas - 2, Arabic, (for a doner)
  • lettuce - 5 - 6 leaves
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tablespoons

How to make

Mash the cheese and add the coarsely ground walnuts, garlic crushed to a paste and chutney to it. Add the olive oil and spices and stir the mixture well.

If you have baking shapes, you can use them to distribute the mixture into bowls. Serve with Arabic pita bread and a lettuce leaf.
