Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g), mixture
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 8
  • pickles - 2
  • flour - for rolling
  • oil

How to make

Knead the mincemeat with the onions, salt and black pepper into meatballs. In each, place some of the very finely chopped pickles and 1 egg.

Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them in a deep fryer or deep pan with a lot of oil. Serve the meatballs sliced in two with a garnish of your choice.
