Ingredients

  • zucchini - 4, average size
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g), goat cheese would be best
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • basil
  • oregano
  • lettuce
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Cut the zucchini into strips with a thickness of 0.2 (5 mm). Grill on both sides, remove and leave to cool. Meanwhile, strain the goat cheese, garlic, basil, oregano (can use dried), black pepper and lettuce and prepare a sauce.

Arrange the zucchini pieces on foil, overlapping one another, so as to form a sheet. The goat cheese mixture is applied to them and wrapped in a roll that is then left in the refrigerator to set.

Cut into circles before serving, decorate as desired.
