Ingredients

  • fish fillet - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - for frying
  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • beer - 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • white pepper - to taste

How to make

In a deep container, mix the milk, beer, vinegar and eggs, season with salt, white pepper and mix well with a whisk. While stirring continuously, add the flour to the mixture until you get a creamy-like mixture.

Heat oil in a pan, roll the fish fillets in the crumbing and fry them until golden. You can also use a deep-fryer. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
