Ingredients

  • pork - 28 oz (800 g)
  • shallots - 2 - 3 heads
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • bay leaf - 2
  • thyme - 1 sprig or 1 tsp
  • rosemary - 1 sprig
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • wine - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • parsley - for serving
  • potatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)

How to make

Cut the pork into bite sized pieces and fry them in a little oil and add the chopped onions at the end. Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them in a greased tray. Add the meat on top and season with salt, black pepper and paprika, bay leaf, thyme and a rosemary sprig.

Blend the mustard with wine and add it as well. Cover with foil and place the French-style meat to bake in a hot oven at 390°F (200 °C). At the end, you can bake it without the foil.
