"Vegetarian dishes always confuse me - I never know whether to eat them as is or as a garnish to my steak."

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • carrots - 7
  • onions - 5 heads
  • soya sprouts - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Once the mushrooms are well washed, slice and boil them in salted water. Wash the carrots and cut them into circles. Sauté them.

Add the finely chopped onions and soya sprouts. Add salt and then the mushrooms. Stew for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
