Ingredients

  • beef tongue - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • breadcrumbs
  • mushrooms - 2 oz (50 g), marinated
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

The tongue is boiled, removed, immersed in cold water, peeled and cut into round slices. Prepare the mushroom sauce.

Roll the round slices in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and arrange in portioned plates and cover with mushroom sauce. Garnish with parsley and potatoes.
