Ingredients

  • beans - 1 1/5 cups (300 g) boiled, white
  • tomatoes - 3
  • chili peppers - 1 red, dry
  • cucumbers - 1
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • basil - 2 pinches, dry
  • parsley - 4 - 5 sprigs
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces - finely chop the onion. Combine them with the beans in a large pot.

Crush the garlic, finely chop the parsley and crush the hot chili peppers. Mix them with olive oil / oil and vinegar, and also add dry basil.

Season the salad with this dressing and serve it in bowls. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
