Ingredients

  • pork - 28 oz (800 g)
  • onions - 28 oz (800 g), small ones
  • paprika
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • bay leaf - 2
  • black pepper - 15 - 20 peppercorns
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • tomatoes - 3 tablespoons, tomato paste
  • wine - 1/2 cup

Preparation

Cut the pork in chunks and place in a pot. Clean the onions and put them on top of the meat. Add salt and black pepper as desired.

Add half a cup of oil, bay leaf, peppercorns, and garlic cloves. Pour in the tomato puree and mix. Add 2 cups of hot water and wine and boil until tender on medium heat.
