Ingredients

  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g)
  • risotto rice - 1 package
  • parmesan - 2 oz (60 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt
  • spices - your choice of

How to make

In a container with 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of cold water and 2/5 cup (100 ml) wine, pour the contents of the risotto package and stir. Put to boil and reduce the heat. Boil for about 15 minutes, add the spices.

Finally, add the grated parmesan cheese and remove from the heat. Blanch the shrimps in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then add them to the risotto.

Serve the risotto warm and topped with a trickle of olive oil and grated parmesan. Serve with white wine.
