  • peppers - 2
  • onions - 2 heads

How to make

All the vegetables are coarsely chopped. Put them to boil with salt and oil, then blend.

Boil the soup over low heat and add the vermicelli. Once the vermicelli is boiled, the soup is ready. It can be eaten cold.
