Chop the cabbage as you would for salad and put it in boiling water to soften for 5-10 min. The onions, carrots and peppers are cut and fried along with the tomato paste, peppers, spices and minced meat.

Put half of the cabbage in a greased oven dish, top with the fried mince and other products. Cover with the other half of the cabbage.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until the cabbage is lightly browned. From yoghurt and eggs, make a sauce and pour it over the baked products, then place it in the oven to toast again.find similar recipes here
