"Some quick-to-make pork fillets on the grill, a little bit of your favorite salad and lunch is ready!"

Ingredients

  • pork fillet - about 2 lb (1 kg)
  • thyme - 1 tsp, dried
  • oregano - 1 tsp, dried
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • wine - 1 cup (250 ml), white or red
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make

Cut the pork fillets into steaks, soak them in a marinade made from a mixture of all the products - wine, thyme, oregano, chopped onion and garlic, oil, sugar, salt and black pepper.

Allow them to season for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat a grill, brush it gently with a swab soaked with oil or half an onion head and grill the pork fillets evenly on both sides.

Smother the grilled meat in a cook pot.
