Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • tomatoes - 1
  • peppers - 1 green pepper + 1 chili pepper, optional
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • paprika - optional

How to make

Cut the feta cheese into rectangular pieces or leave it whole. Put the cheese on greased parchment paper. Onto it, distribute oil, sprinkle it with paprika, add slices of tomato and peppers. Optionally, you can add hot peppers.

Wrap the paper well like a package. Immerse in water and put the feta cheese to be baked or grilled in the oven. Serve the cheese with the paper.

Optionally, you can add other vegetables, but the classic recipe uses tomatoes and peppers.
