"A phyllo pastry that requires 2 oven dishes to make and is always eaten hungrily."

Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 1 pack
  • eggs - 4 - 6
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp (reaction with 1 - 2 drops of vinegar)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Make a stuffing of these products. Spread a pan with oil and begin to distribute all the phyllo pastry sheets in like a harmonica.

Then scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and sprinkle it evenly between the folds, until you run out of it.

Bake the pie on high heat - about 460°F (240 °C). Once baked, remove and place it in another pan until cool.
