Ingredients

  • macaroni - 1 package 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml) for the dairy mayonnaise
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • citric acid - 2 pinches
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated

Preparation

Boil the pasta in salted water and drain it. In a deep bowl, pour the milk, oil, salt and citric acid. All the products must be at room temperature.

Put the blender down to the bottom of the dish, turn it on and gradually pull it up until the mayonnaise is nicely whipped. Add sugar and vinegar and blend some more.

Mix the pasta with mayonnaise and crumbled feta cheese. Serve in bowls with grated cheese.

Optionally, you can bake everything in an oven pan.
