Ingredients

  • potatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • lard - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • croissants - 1
  • sausages - 2 oz (50 g)
  • bone broth
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Fry the finely chopped onion and the chopped and peeled potatoes in lard, add the broth, chopped croissant, salt and boil until the potatoes become tender.

Blend the soup, add the sausage that you've chopped into pieces and the finely chopped parsley.
