Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g) frozen
  • flour - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • basil
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Boil the pasta, drain it from the water and mix it well with the butter. Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a pot. Once they soften, add the frozen chopped spinach. Salt.

Add half a cup of water and boil for 3-4 minutes, add the flour, mix with a little water, boil while stirring for another 2-3 min. Pour in the cream, mix well and pour in 1 cup of water.

Boil for ten minutes, and if necessary, add more water or flour if the sauce is too thin. Add the parsley and basil 2-3 minutes before removing from the fire.
