  • carp - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) cutlets or pieces
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemons - 1
  • corn flour - 1 cup or more, for rolling
  • oil - for frying


Salt the fish pieces well and sprinkle them with pepper and lemon juice. Leave for 30 minutes, heat the oil in a deep frying pan.

Roll each piece of fish well in corn flour, that you've mixed with a little salt and pepper beforehand, and fry until golden on both sides.
