Ingredients

  • bread - 2 small oblong buns
  • salmon - 7 oz (200 g) smoked
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • parmesan - 1.5 oz (50 g), grated
  • arugula - a few leaves

How to make

Choose small bread buns and cut them into round slices. Sprinkle them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and place them in a highly heated oven for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice together, and season the sauce with a little salt, pepper and chopped fresh dill.

Smear each bite of bread with this sauce and distribute small salmon fillets on top. Serve the canapés with salmon, sprinkled with a little grated parmesan and arugula leaves.
