Ingredients

  • milk - 3 cups
  • semolina - 1 cup
  • butter - 1 package (125 g) fresh
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 6
  • lemon zest - 1 pinch, grated
  • fruit jam - 3 tablespoons, of desired flavor
  • raisins - 2 tablespoons
  • salt

Preparation

The semolina is boiled in salted milk with a pinch of salt and cooled. The butter must be whipped with the sugar, 2 eggs and 4 yolks and then mixed with the cooled semolina.

Add lemon zest, drained and finely chopped sweet fruit from the jam, raisins. Finally, add the beaten to hard snow egg whites. Pour the mixture into a greased mold and boil for 45 minutes in a water bath.

This pudding is served with diluted fruit syrup, mixed with brandy or rum essence, or sweet sauce.
