Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g), by choice
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • peppers - 4
  • chili peppers - 4, optional
  • broth - 1 cube
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g), grated

How to make

On the bottom of 4 clay pots, distribute the butter and crushed onions. Salt lightly and put to roast in a moderately heated oven.

Once the onions are browned, remove them and put in each 1 chopped roasted pepper, 1 whole chili pepper, sliced sausage, crumbled feta cheese (plenty), spices and the crushed into equal pieces broth cube.
