Ingredients

  • lamb - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • onions - 2 fresh bunches
  • tomatoes - 3
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • parsley

How to make

Clean, wash and cut the fresh onions into small pieces, fry in hot oil. Add salt and paprika, plus the chopped meat. Fry it up.

Add a cup and a half of water to the cleaned and washed rice, then add the parsley and chopped tomatoes. Boil everything for about 10 minutes, then transfer into an oven dish and bake for 40-50 minutes in a moderate oven.
