Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (210 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • yeast - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g) fresh, or 1 tsp (5 g) dry
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • onions - 2 stalks of green onions and 1/2 a yellow onion
  • olives - to taste, green
  • basil - 1 tsp

How to make

The ingredients are used to knead a standard dough for bread.

Finally, roll the sliced onions and olives in flour before putting them in the dough.

Sprinkle lightly with basil. Let the bread sit for a bit and bake it in a greased form.
