Ingredients

  • pancakes - 10 ready - made
  • ice cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • plums – 7 oz (200 g)
  • peaches - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • honey - 4 - 5 tablespoons
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to the maximum. In the middle of each pancake, put finely chopped fruits and a scoop of hard-frozen ice cream.

The pancakes are tied like bags and arranged in a greased baking dish. Bake for about 5 minutes so that the pancakes become hot but do not let the ice cream fully melt.

Top the pancakes with melted butter, with the honey and cinnamon dissolved in it and serve them hot.
