"It wasn`t just my love for good food that made me fall in love with this Tuscan Veal Cutlet."

Ingredients

  • spinach - 14 oz (400 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • veal - 2 thin schnitzels
  • cheese - 2 thin slices
  • nutmeg
  • mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the spinach, wash and drain it well. Sauté it in a little oil and season it with finely chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Brush a heat resistant glass baking dish with butter and distribute 2 portions of spinach in it. Salt and brush the veal cutlets with mustard and fry until golden on both sides.

Add spinach, cover the top with pieces of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
