Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 5 - 6 peppercorns
  • dill - leaves
  • garlic - clean cloves
  • onions - 1 head
  • aspirin - 2 - 3 tablets
  • vinegar - 5 tablespoons

Preparation

These products are for a single jar. Pour vinegar into a jar, then the necessary amounts of salt, sugar, garlic and a few peppercorns of black pepper and onion, cut into slices. Add in the aspirin.

Cut the zucchini into thick wheels. Fill the jar to the top with them tightly. Add water and close the jars well. Turn them with the cap down and leave them so, without sterilizing.
