Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g), agaricus
  • vinegar - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • garlic - 4 cloves, cut into thin slices
  • black pepper - 10 peppercorns
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • bay leaf - 4
  • nutmeg - 2 - 3 pinches
  • dill - a few fresh sprigs

How to make

Wash the mushrooms and only cut the largest of them. Mix all the ingredients, boil, add the mushrooms and boil them until soft.

Once cool, close them in a jar in a cold area for 12-24 hours.
