Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg) fresh, small
  • tomatoes - 3
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crushed
  • onions - 1 head
  • cooking cream - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 bunches
  • butter - for sautéeing
  • salt

Preparation

Wash and boil the potatoes. Braise them lightly in a pan.

In another pan, heat oil and fry the onions. Add the mashed tomatoes and spices.

Boil the sauce until thickened. Lastly, add the cream and stir. Serve the potatoes topped with some of the sauce and the crumbled feta cheese.find similar recipes here
