Ingredients

  • champignons - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g) fresh
  • parsley - 1 bunch

How to make

The mushrooms are washed and cleaned of their stems. Arrange them on a tray upside down and place one small chunk of feta cheese where the stems used to be.

Cover with the melted butter and bake. Decorate with parsley sprigs when ready.
