Ingredients

  • pork - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • leeks - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the leeks into rings and the tomatoes finely and sauté them in the butter. Then add the cut into strips mushrooms, sprinkle them with salt and savory and sauté until soft.

Pour the mixture into a clay pot and add the meat, prepared like skewers in advance and grilled, and the black pepper. Cover the pot with a lid and sauté for about 10 minutes on low heat.
