Ingredients

  • carps - 1, about 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • lard - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • tomatoes - 2
  • peppers - 2, green
  • carrots
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • potatoes - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp

How to make

Make several cross-section cuts along the cleaned carp and put chunks of tomatoes, peppers, carrots and bacon in them. Cover the bottom of a fireproof dish with sliced potatoes, place the carp with its spine facing up, add salt, pour on the cream and heated butter, sprinkle paprika.

Broil to softening. Pour the carp's own sauce over it during broiling. Instead of potatoes, you can serve it with steamed rice.
