  • honey - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (120 ml), pure
  • eggs - 2
  • vanilla
  • baking powder
  • lemon zest
  • marmalade - by choice, for sticking


Beat the eggs with the sugar. Gradually add the flour and all the other ingredients. Knead a firm dough, roll it out and cut out biscuits in the shapes of flowers using cookie cutter shapes.

Arrange them on a tray covered with lightly greased baking paper and bake them until golden. The finished biscuits are glued together with a marmalade of your choice and left for a few hours to soften.find similar recipes here
